Diane von Furstenberg is a designer who makes clothes for women. And our ladies love her for it. 

The Wrap Dress is Diane's most iconic design. She repeats it every season in different colors and patterns. You will almost always find The Wrap Dress in stock at Uniquities! This style just came in. Available at North Hills (919-785-3385).

The Bentley was a best selling style for DVF this past Fall. For Resort, they switched the fabric into a cotton jersey, making it a luxurious LBD that is sure to fit and flatter many! Available at Cameron Village (919-832-1234).

That someone special...

Dreaming of...Rebecca Taylor

Before I started working for Uniquities, I never paid Rebecca Taylor much attention. I don't even know why. And then I started to see her styles start to come through the buying office. And then I realized how beautiful her clothes were and how they are so feminine yet strong--perfect for Uniquities. 

Fast forward to yesterday when Taylor's Holiday delivery came in. Per usual, our jaws dropped and I was immediately dreaming of my favorite customers and who would be perfect for which piece.

I mostly can't get enough orange, so this dress is in my wheelhouse! This is going to be perfect for a stand-out-in-the-crowd Holiday party look--throw on a bunch of House of Harlow bangles, and BAM. This shade of persimmon is going to be really amazing in the spring when this color will be everywhere again.

This silk crepe tee may not look like much in the picture, but it is divine. I say pair it with your black coated skinnies and this MAJOR black gabardine and LEATHER jacket from Parker that also just came in. This is a piece you will probably end up wearing with everything.

My last favorite is this python-print sheath dress. I didn't realize it until just now, but this delivery is full of investment pieces. Seriously, everything is something you can wear now and forever. Thankfully, python and snake print are not going anywhere for a while. And this dress is a perfect silhouette for all sorts of things. 

Anyway, I really love this collection. And now I always look forward to a Rebecca Taylor box!

Shawlsmith London!

We are happy to announce that we will be hosting a Shawlsmith London trunk show this week! As part of Cameron Village's Open House on November 15, we will be bringing in Shawlsmith's luxurious wraps, scarves, and shawls--made in beautiful cashmere, silks, and wools. 

Our trunk show will begin at 4pm and go throughout the evening! Come and enjoy all the festivities at Cameron Village!

The Holidays are coming

Looking for the perfect leather jacket? We just got in the most amazing jackets from Doma--a leather company that specializes in timeless but fashion-forward leather jackets. 

I met Whitney Port back in September at the Coterie show in New York. She's a fan of Doma, too! We're carrying her fave, the Moto Jacket! It comes with a detachable hood that can take you from relaxed to refined with a flip of the zip. 

The second style we just got in is the Hidden Access. With a luxurious collar that will protect your neck and keep you chic, this dulce-colored leather will only get better over time. And the bird lining is super cute!

We just got in the most beautiful silver jewelry from Canadian designer Hilary Druxman! Her collection is a nice compliment to what we already feature in our jewelry case. And you may find that she is going to fill in some needs of your own jewelry box! Hilary Druxman is now in all locations.

Set your style a-blazer

Sometimes we forget how put together we can feel when we put on a blazer. One of my friends was just saying last week that no matter what she has on underneath, as long as she has on her blazer she feels put together and powerful. A blazer is more dressed up than a cardigan, but can also be less formal when paired with denim. The blazer can be the new cardigan--wear it with everything and see how you feel!
